Features: Overseas training is an important component of procuratorial education and training. Strengthening this work is of great significance for promoting the in-depth development of procuratorial work. Through organizing overseas training, it can help trainee procurators conduct comparative studies on the judicial systems, procuratorial systems, and operational mechanisms of relevant countries and regions, broaden their horizons, and enhance their knowledge. It is also beneficial for learning from the feasible experiences of other countries and regions, promoting the development and improvement of China's judicial and procuratorial systems, and fostering greater understanding, cooperation, and exchange between Chinese procuratorial organs and their overseas counterparts. Since 2001, the efforts and development of overseas training for procuratorial organs have been increasing year by year, showing a positive trend. Since the Political Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate has taken charge of overseas training work, it has further strengthened its links and cooperation with relevant departments and units. Starting from standardizing management and optimizing effectiveness, it has formulated a series of regulations, including the "Management Measures for Overseas Training and Advanced Studies of Procuratorial Personnel."
