Features: In 1950, a group of Kuomintang remnants led by Li Hanguang and his wife Li Yuegui fled to the Shanshan Mountains area in Guangxi. Local hidden Kuomintang agents colluded with the remnants, engaging in arson, murder, robbery, and harassing the people, while disrupting land reform. To capture the remnants and hidden agents in one sweep, Captain Zeng Tai lost contact with his unit. The army sent scout Geng Hao to infiltrate the bandit stronghold. Bravely risking his life, Geng Hao protected Zeng Tai, overcame various difficulties, and skillfully maneuvered against the enemy, gradually gaining their trust and learning more about the remnants and hidden agents. With the strong assistance of the local people, Zeng Tai lured the enemy into gathering and leaving the mountains. The People's Liberation Army swiftly wiped out the entire bandit force.
