Features: In recent years, China's college entrance examination system has undergone significant reforms in many aspects. Notably, there has been a gradual increase in the number of provinces and cities that set their own exams, with 16 provinces and cities independently administering the college entrance exam by 2006. Additionally, the exam content has further emphasized assessing students' comprehensive abilities. To help students quickly familiarize themselves with new question types and train them in "rapid entry into the problem" and "systematic problem-solving" thinking, we have specially compiled the "Core Examination Review Series." This series aims to achieve a high degree of unity between knowledge learning and ability development, helping students master the thinking process, methods, and skills of problem-solving, as well as improving their subject comprehension and innovative thinking abilities. This series is suitable for students in all provinces and cities that set their own exams. Although the number of independently administering provinces and cities has been increasing, their college entrance exam questions are still based on the national unified exam syllabus and teaching syllabus. This series is specifically designed for senior high school students who have completed all their courses for a comprehensive review, with exercises carefully selected, compiled, and analyzed based on the Ministry of Education's new teaching syllabus and exam syllabus. The content is novel, covers a broad range, and includes exercises and tests of varying difficulty levels for each key point. Through the systematic and interactive practice methods in the book, students can maximize the avoidance of aimlessness in their review, identify their knowledge gaps, consolidate their foundational knowledge, and improve their skills in thinking through and solving medium to difficult exam questions. This will lead to the learning effects of knowledge accumulation, transfer, expansion, and extension, allowing students to study with direction, practice with purpose, and take exams with confidence. In the shortest time possible, they can expand their knowledge base, enhance their exam skills, and challenge the limits of the college entrance exam. The authors of this series are professors and senior teachers from the frontline of education in advanced educational provinces and cities across the country. They not only possess extensive teaching experience but also have a macro-level foresight and understanding of the overall trends in college entrance exam question-setting. We believe this series will undoubtedly become an excellent study aid for students preparing for the exam, as well as a valuable teaching resource for senior high school teachers.
