Features: The functions of supranational organizations in the international community cannot be replaced by national actors, and with the acceleration of globalization, their role on the global stage will continue to grow. However, unfortunately, research on various national actors is abundant domestically, while systematic studies on supranational organizations remain quite weak. Perhaps we still lack a true global perspective, or perhaps it is because supranational organizations in China have only just begun to take shape. All these uninitiated practices constrain our understanding of supranational organizations. In light of this reality, with the encouragement and support of Cheng Yichi, editor at Guizhou People's Publishing House, we organized efforts to compile and publish this series of "Supranational Organizations," striving to combine a global perspective with local contexts.
