Features: To achieve the educational goals of developing children's intelligence, fostering innovative awareness, and enhancing aesthetic appreciation, we have compiled the preschool one-year educational series "Painting and Handicrafts" based on the spirit of the "Kindergarten Work Regulations" and the philosophy of the "Kindergarten Education Guidance (Trial Edition)." Tailored to the age characteristics and cognitive levels of young children, we have designed activities that facilitate children's hands-on expression, support teachers in conducting teaching activities, and assist parents in guiding their children. During the compilation process, we incorporated modern educational concepts and local characteristics, aligning with children's cognitive patterns, interests, and needs. The activities were arranged scientifically and reasonably to suit diverse environments and teaching materials.
In painting, we emphasize "seeing the world through a child's eyes," adding numerous creative versions to maximize interest stimulation. In addition to assigned paintings, free-choice paintings, decorative paintings, and added-element paintings, children are particularly fond of line drawing, which is included to encourage creativity. In handicrafts, we highlight the principle of waste utilization, guiding children to discover and create beauty in the ordinary while enhancing their appreciation for environmentally conscious designs. The aesthetic enlightenment activities are conducted using excellent examples that are of interest to children and closely related to their daily lives. To promote and sustain the creativity of both teachers and students, we have created a "blank space" for them to freely express, showcase their unique talents, and document their creations.
