Additionally, the book comes with a companion CD-ROM that includes all the plug-in programs, animation examples, and sample files discussed in the book. By following the sample files on the CD-ROM and studying alongside the book, readers can achieve more significant learning outcomes. This book is the second volume in the "3DS MAX R3 Animation Mega Production" series. Based on the content of the "Basic Teaching Part," it showcases the more dazzling side of 3DS MAX—plug-ins. The book is divided into four main parts: object creation plug-ins, modifier plug-ins, special effects plug-ins, and other auxiliary tools. It thoroughly explains the installation methods and usage techniques of 3DS MAX R3 plug-ins (including special effects such as desert storm, lightning, smoke, explosions, and human muscle creation). The book follows a completely non-linear thinking approach, allowing readers to freely choose chapters based on their preferences. Additionally, the book comes with a companion CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contains all the example scene files discussed in the book (including source files for practice and sample files after practice) as well as 40+ selected plug-in programs for readers to use.
