Features: In 1983, we compiled the series "Fundamentals of Writing," "Selected Writing Essays," and "Writing Learning," which served as writing textbooks for various majors at China University of Political Science and Law. Over a decade of teaching practice proved them to be highly effective and played a significant role. From September 1993 to December 1994, based on the aforementioned textbooks, we further summarized and absorbed the teaching and research achievements of the past decade, and after careful revision and expansion of these three textbooks, we compiled this "Textbook of Writing Studies." The primary target audience for this book includes: undergraduates, junior college students, correspondence students, and advanced training students in law and politics majors at universities and colleges, as well as legal and political professionals at various levels and types. Compared to similar publications, this book has three prominent features: First, legal and political professionalism, which integrates law and politics into the writing discipline and highlights and strengthens its specialized characteristics. Second, disciplinary systematicity, which provides comprehensive and instructive research on the fundamental areas within the writing discipline. Third, concise and essential coverage, which concisely and emphatically elaborates on the basic theories, skills, principles, and requirements in various fields of writing.
