Features: A scientist, especially one with extensive experience, can effectively popularize scientific thinking and methods by reviewing and expressing research examples from ancient to modern times, including their own research experiences. Therefore, we have decided to adopt the writing style "Scientists Explain Science" as the name of the series. The plan is to publish it in volumes starting from 2004. Each volume will feature around 30 science popularization essays suitable for use by primary and secondary school teachers and also readable by middle school students. Each essay will cover a specific scientific knowledge and process, supplemented with marginal notes and postscripts as guides to highlight the scientific thinking and methods involved, encouraging readers to think and explore. The articles in the book will be independent, each focusing on one topic without interdependence. The number of articles will be roughly balanced across different disciplines. The articles are divided into two categories: one is newly created, forming the main body of the series, and the other is direct excerpts from excellent science popularization works. Both types of articles maintain the author's original style, and authors and editors use marginal notes and postscripts to achieve guidance and hints.
