Features: This book is a theoretical monograph on the study of educational law, divided into several major parts including research on the construction of the discipline of educational law, research on educational legal relationships, research on the ontology of educational law, and research on the operation of educational law. It introduces the fundamental issues related to educational law, making it suitable for legal researchers to reference and study. The author believes that the basic theory of educational law is a branch discipline of educational jurisprudence and has devoted nearly a decade to (profoundly studying) the fundamental theoretical issues of educational law, forming a relatively systematic theoretical perspective. This book represents the author's humble attempt to argue that educational law is an independent branch of law, educational jurisprudence is an independent discipline of law, and the basic theory of educational law is a branch discipline of educational jurisprudence. It attempts to comprehensively discuss the fundamental theoretical issues of educational law. However, it is easy to be superficial and prone to errors, and the author remains deeply humbled, daring not to claim the establishment of a "basic theory of educational law" discipline.
