Features: This book is a theoretical monograph on the research of educational laws and regulations in law. It covers topics such as the study of legal discipline construction in schools, legal relationships in schools, basic subjects of school law, laws on primary and secondary education, laws on higher education institutions, laws on vocational education, and laws on private school education. It is suitable for legal researchers and educational professionals as a reference for study. The author of the book believes that educational law is an independent legal department, educational jurisprudence is an independent legal discipline, and school jurisprudence is a branch discipline of educational jurisprudence. The system of school jurisprudence is determined by its research objects, but the system of school jurisprudence and the system of school regulations are two different concepts. School law is a general term for school legal norms, not a general term for school legal documents. A considerable portion of the norms in school legal documents are administrative law norms, civil law norms, labor regulations, and criminal law norms, none of which are the objects of study in school jurisprudence and thus cannot be included in the system of school jurisprudence. School legal documents themselves contain overlapping and intersecting content.
