This standard is a recommended standard. Thermal power plants are both energy conversion enterprises and major energy consumers, so technical and economic indicators are crucial for their production, operation, and management. The calculation of technical and economic indicators in thermal power plants not only reflects the production capacity and management level of power enterprises but also guides various aspects of power production, management, and operation in thermal power plants. This standard involves the calculation of technical and economic indicators throughout the entire power generation production process of thermal power plants, organized according to the production process of thermal power plants, covering 8 aspects of technical and economic indicators: fuel, boiler, auxiliary boiler equipment, steam turbine, auxiliary steam turbine equipment, gas-steam combined cycle, comprehensive, and others. This standard has a certain theoretical depth and breadth, strong practicality and operability, and is conducive to promoting the improvement of technical and economic management and technological progress in thermal power plants of the power industry, as well as strengthening management and scientifically standardizing the technical and economic indicator system and analysis system of thermal power plants. This standard was proposed by the Standardization Department of the China Power Enterprises Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Power Industry Power Station Steam Turbine Standardization Technical Committee and the Power Industry Power Station Boiler Standardization Technical Committee.
