Features: "The National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination Preparation Guide" (hereinafter referred to as "The Guide") is a premium review material launched by the Tianjin University of Technology Cost Engineer Training Center (TCCCE) in 2001. It has gone through five editions—2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005—and has accompanied industry professionals participating in the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination through five examination seasons. In 2006, the teaching material for the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination underwent its fourth revision. The content adjustments included a shift from single examination points to multiple points; from assessing simple theoretical knowledge to emphasizing the ability to solve practical problems; and from separate chapter-based questions to cross-chapter combined questions. To adapt to the changes in the new examination syllabus, new teaching material, and new trends, in 2004, TCCCE organized a team of experienced teachers who have been conducting long-term pre-examination training for the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination to comprehensively revise and upgrade "The Guide" in terms of writing philosophy, format design, and question selection.
