Which hospital is the best for treating endometrial cancer

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried about it affecting my fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. Can endometrial cancer be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Endometrial cancer can be treated. Endometrial cancer is one of the three common malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract. The incidence of endometrial cancer has shown an increasing trend in recent years. The treatment methods for endometrial cancer are as follows:
1. Surgical treatment. For Stage I patients, a total hysterectomy with bilateral adnexectomy is performed through extraperitoneal approach. For Stage II patients, a radical total hysterectomy with bilateral pelvic lymph node dissection should be performed.
2. Comprehensive evaluation of surgery and radiotherapy. For Stage I patients with cancer cells found in ascites or cancer infiltration in the myometrium, or with metastatic lymph nodes, postoperative external beam radiation therapy is recommended. For Stage II or some Stage III patients, preoperative external beam radiation therapy or intracavitary radiation therapy is added. Surgery should be performed 1–2 weeks after the completion of radiotherapy.
