Features: The "Regulations" is a regulatory administrative law for property management in China. Its promulgation and implementation play a very important role in standardizing property management activities, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property management enterprises, and improving the living and working environment of the public. At the same time, it marks the legalization of property management in China. The "Regulations" consist of seven chapters and 70 articles, providing clear stipulations on issues widely concerned by the public, such as owners and the owners' assembly, initial property management, property management services, the use and maintenance of property, and legal responsibilities. The "Interpretation" is jointly compiled by experts and relevant personnel involved in drafting each part of the "Regulations," organized by the Agricultural Resources and Environmental Law Department of the State Council Legal Office, the Policy and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Department of Housing and Real Estate. It offers authoritative interpretations of each article of the "Regulations," along with necessary explanations of the legislative background, significance, and related concepts. At the end of the book, relevant laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents are appended. The "Interpretation" serves as an essential reference for administrative departments of real estate at all levels, property management enterprises, real estate development enterprises, property management professionals, and owners. It is also an important training textbook for legal professionals and the general public to study and master property management regulations.
