Features: In November 1978, the academic conference on ancient Chinese script studies was held at Jilin University. It was decided to establish the Society of Ancient Chinese Script Studies, and the papers submitted to the conference were compiled into Studies in Ancient Chinese Script, published by Zhonghua Book Company. In August 1979, the first issue of Studies in Ancient Chinese Script was officially launched. Over the past two decades, the field of ancient Chinese script studies has developed rapidly. As a professional academic journal dedicated to this discipline, Studies in Ancient Chinese Script has already compiled and published a total of twenty-five issues, featuring numerous outstanding research articles and contributing to the flourishing of academia. Currently, the early issues of Studies in Ancient Chinese Script have long been sold out. To meet the needs of a broad readership of professionals, we will first reproduce the issues from the first to the fifteenth published before 1986 in their original format, as a special note.
