Features: With the further development of arbitration in China, arbitration theory research and arbitration system construction have fallen far short of meeting the needs of arbitration practice. Strengthening arbitration theory research is undoubtedly a major initiative to promote the development of arbitration in China today, which is the very purpose of establishing this series of books. Specifically, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, after nearly a decade of continuous exploration and development, has achieved considerable success and accumulated rich experience. However, we have also encountered many new situations and issues in arbitration practice. Therefore, on one hand, it is urgent to deeply process existing arbitration practice experience and elevate it to a theoretical level, thereby better guiding arbitration practice; on the other hand, theoretical research is also needed to resolve problems and doubts arising from economic disputes. After long-term preparation, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission has provided the necessary conditions for conducting arbitration theory research in terms of personnel, professional standards, working environment, and supporting facilities.
