The book collects landscapes, culinary traditions, famous figures, and related anecdotes associated with temples, making the cultural landscapes of each temple more vivid. It is believed that the publication of this book will further promote the exploration and in-depth study of Buddhist culture in our city, and more effectively contribute to the preservation of religious cultural heritage in Yangzhou. In the coming period, we will, according to the arrangements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, carry out the protection and restoration of religious architectural heritage to further highlight the diverse and unique style of religious culture in Yangzhou. This will also highlight the inclusive and open characteristics of Yangzhou culture, and provide support for the development of religious-themed tourism. Additionally, we will further improve the Puhanding Cemetery and develop a historic canal cruise tour centered around religious culture. Furthermore, we will provide services for the construction of the Jianzhen Buddhist College, repair the mountain paths and main halls of Guanyinshan Zen Temple, complete the construction of Fahuai Temple, and implement the planning and construction scheme for the integration of Fengshan Temple and Wanshou Temple. Through high-standard planning and construction, we will further restore and elevate the historical status of Gaomin Temple and Xianhes Temple, and effectively utilize historical buildings such as Chongning Temple, Tianning Temple, and Zhunti Temple. In summary, we will carry out all-round protection, multi-angle exploration, and in-depth organization of Yangzhou's existing cultural heritage to demonstrate respect for religious culture and promote the construction of Yangzhou as a cultural city.
