Min Zhilian, Professor, Urology Department, Shanghai Changzheng Hospital. Director of the Urology Center of the People's Liberation Army. Professor, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor. Graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University in 1965 and trained at the Lapitie' Hospital in Paris, France, in 1978. Currently serves as Standing Committee Member of the Chinese Organ Transplant Society, Deputy Director of the Urology Professional Committee of the People's Liberation Army Central Hospital, Deputy Director of the National Transplant and Dialysis Association, and Standing Committee Member of the Shanghai Urology and Male Society. Serves as an editorial board member for over 10 journals, including The Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation and The Journal of the People's Liberation Army Medical Sciences. Specializes in the surgical diagnosis and treatment of central urological tumors, stones, prostatic diseases, urethral strictures, and endourology. Among the earliest to carry out kidney transplantation in China, he has performed over 2,500 kidney transplantations, with a one-year kidney survival rate of over 97%. Awarded the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Military Medical Achievement Award, two Second Prizes of Technological Achievement Awards, and multiple Third and Fourth Prizes of Military Technological Achievement Awards. Currently conducting multiple national, military, and Shanghai Science and Technology Commission research projects. In the past five years, he has edited 6 monographs, co-edited 8 monographs, and written over 100 papers.
