Great Wall of China Revealed

Publish Date: 2004-08-01
Features: The fortifications built by the Japanese invaders in Manchukuo, which were proudly called the "Eastern Maginot Line" by the Kwantung Army of Japan. This is a major historical event of World War II and also one of the greatest historical mysteries left behind by Japan's fascist war. It is a history that has been buried and forgotten, yet it is a history that must be revealed and understood.
Reading The Great Revelation of the "Eastern Maginot Line" – A Record of the Japanese Invaders' Fortifications in Manchukuo (scientifically titled The Great Revelation), I was often amazed and moved; upon finishing, I was repeatedly excited and admired. If it weren’t for the author being Zhou Aimin, I would not have believed that such a specialized work blending history and literature could come from a private entrepreneur. Moreover, it delves into a little-known major historical event and, from scarce and fragmented historical materials, has condensed and refined a vast and profound body of work.
Although it is a history that has been forgotten, buried, and overlooked, it is written in the book with a complex yet clear structure, easy to understand yet profound. I believe that this is both a revelatory and documentary literary work and also a specialized historical study with a literary approach.
