Features: The functions of supranational organizations in the international community cannot be replaced by national actors, and with the acceleration of globalization, their role on the global stage will continue to grow. However, it is regrettable that research on various national actors is abundant domestically, while systematic studies on supranational organizations remain relatively weak. Perhaps we still lack a true global perspective, or perhaps it is because supranational organizations in China are only just beginning to take shape. All these unexplored practices have constrained our understanding of supranational organizations. In light of this reality, with the encouragement and support of Cheng Yichi, editor at Guizhou People's Publishing House, we organized efforts to compile and publish this series of "Supranational Organizations," striving to combine a global perspective with local contexts.
