Features: The book consists of six parts: Basic, Enhancement, Ability, High-Frequency Exam Topics, Newly Added Knowledge Points, and Self-Test. Among these six parts, at least two to three are completely unique compared to other similar books.
Basic Section: This section is based on the textbooks published and recommended by the Ministry of Education. It directly extracts text from the textbooks to create multiple-choice and optional-choice questions, covering a wide and comprehensive range of content.
Enhancement Section: This section includes flexible and varied questions that cannot be found directly in the textbook. These questions are of three types: comprehension-based, case-based, and multi-knowledge-point linkage. Their common feature is that they focus on testing analytical skills.
Ability Section: This section contains 67 analytical questions, organized by subject. The questions are primarily designed to test candidates' ability to apply theory to practice. Analytical questions are subjective and constitute 50% of the exam score. The types of analytical questions can be categorized based on the number of knowledge points they cover (single or multiple) and the way they are phrased (explicit or implicit). Considering the recent increase in the difficulty of analytical questions, which often involve multiple knowledge points and implicit phrasing, more such questions have been included in this section. Each question is accompanied by detailed answer strategies.
High-Frequency Exam Topics Section: This section extracts frequently tested knowledge points and provides precise explanations and analyses based on the textbooks published and recommended by the Ministry of Education. It also emphasizes and addresses these points through focused training questions, which are based on past exam papers. Each training question is equipped with detailed answer strategies.
Newly Added Knowledge Points Section: This section covers the newly added exam topics from the 2007 postgraduate politics syllabus, organized by subject and chapter. Each topic includes a detailed analysis and corresponding focused training questions. The two subjects without newly added topics, Marxist Political Economy and Contemporary World Economy and Politics, have been omitted.
Self-Test Section: This section includes three test papers to allow students to conduct self-assessment after reviewing the above five sections. This practical exercise helps identify gaps and strengthens targeted review, improving study efficiency.
