The main content includes an overview of QC groups, their formation, activity outcomes, evaluation and motivation, basic knowledge of statistical methods, and various techniques and methods of QC group activities such as surveys, stratification, brainstorming, affinity diagrams, and Pareto charts. The appendix of this book also collects 6 cases and their comprehensive evaluations.
