Features: This specification was revised based on the requirements of the document Construction Construction Standard [2002] No. 85, "Notice on Issuing the 'Plan for Formulation and Revision of National Engineering Construction Standards for the 2001-2002 Annual Plan'" in accordance with the document "Notice on Issuing the 'Plan for Formulation and Revision of National Engineering Construction Standards for the 2001-2002 Annual Plan'." Compared to the original specification, the revised version has removed certain provisions such as casting alloy anchor head guy wires and the requirement that the main steel of the main steel insert foundation should be assembled with the tower structure for alignment. For difficult-to-inspect items, such as varying requirements for the compaction density of backfill in foundation pits, simplified treatment has been applied. The following new content has been added: 1. Pile foundation engineering and winter construction in foundation engineering; 2. Steel pole construction in pole tower engineering; 3. Optical cable laying construction in line construction; 4. Completion handover regulations in project acceptance and handover.
