This standard specifies the basic requirements, methods, and principles for selecting methods for anti-rust protection of thermal equipment in thermal power plants during shutdown (standby). This standard is applicable to the anti-rust protection of thermal equipment such as boilers, steam turbines, heaters, and condensers in thermal power generation units during shutdown (standby). This standard can also be used as a reference for the shutdown (standby) protection of thermal equipment in the secondary loop of nuclear power plants.
