Features: The economic globalization originated from the industrialization process of Western countries. In fact, it is the deepening and development of the industrialization process of Western countries in the contemporary era. During this process, Western companies gradually formed mature corporate management models suitable for themselves, among which the relatively perfect personnel mechanism is one of the most prominent achievements. In Western companies, there is no concept of "talent" as commonly referred to in China, but it is called "human capital." This is not a simple change in terminology. China's talent is very difficult to measure specifically, but when it is called human capital, it can be quantified. When a company treats human resources as one of its capital, it means that it requires the appreciation of this capital, and the corresponding measures are performance appraisal and employee incentive systems, etc. In other words, a successful company that operates human resources as capital is the result of joint improvement between the company and its employees. The book collects dozens of relevant papers that address practical problems in various fields of Chinese corporate management. While elaborating on theory, it places more emphasis on the applied characteristics of the management discipline itself.
