Features: Considering that management education in China is still in its early stages and there is a pressing need to understand the historical development and current status of foreign educational management ideas and practices, the author conceived the idea of writing this book while studying abroad at Columbia University and Stanford University in the 1980s. As preliminary research, the author published translated works such as "Modern American Educational Management" and monographs such as "An Overview of Contemporary Foreign Educational Thought" and "An Outline of Foreign Educational History," while also publishing a series of articles on comparative educational management and educational management theory research. This book was written on the basis of this research.
