How to treat seminal vesiculitis effectively

Patient's question:

Hello expert, I think my body is quite good, but during a physical examination, I was found to have seminal vesiculitis.

Doctor's answer:

Epididymitis is a disease caused by bacterial infection. The routes of infection include retrograde infection through the urethra, where bacteria enter the seminal vesicles from the urethral orifice, leading to inflammation of the seminal vesicles, testes, and epididymis. Bacteria can also invade the seminal vesicles through the vas deferens, affecting nearby organs such as the prostate, rectum, and bladder. When bacteria infect nearby organs, they can directly spread to the seminal vesicles. Infections in the body, such as boils, carbuncles, tonsillitis, and gingivitis, can spread to the seminal vesicles through the bloodstream. Additionally, any factors that cause congestion in the prostate or seminal vesicles, such as excessive alcohol consumption, exposure to cold, overindulgence, perineal injury, or prolonged pressure, can trigger the occurrence of acute epididymitis.
