Features: To meet the needs of legal education in higher education institutions, we have organized some teachers who have long been engaged in teaching and researching jurisprudence to compile this jurisprudence textbook. Based on the disciplinary positioning of jurisprudence as the general theory, fundamental theory, and methodology of law, this textbook adheres to the integrity, systematicity, and scientificity of the discipline while focusing on incorporating new achievements in jurisprudence research and drawing on the strengths of existing jurisprudence textbooks. It also pays attention to incorporating major issues in China's legal system construction and legal practice into the research scope, aiming to achieve a balance between tradition and innovation in disciplinary content, as well as a combination of theory and practice. The goal is to enhance learners' ability to think and solve legal problems.
