This book is guided by the spirit of Comrade Hu Jintao's speech At the Conference of All Parties in the Capital to Commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Promulgation and Implementation of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, with the current Constitution of China as the core. It addresses the hot and difficult issues in the study and implementation of the Constitution by college and university cadres, teachers, and students. Through the sorting and selection of academic papers and viewpoints on basic constitutional theory, basic constitutional systems, and constitutional implementation published in major academic journals and newspapers in the past 20 years, this book is compiled to provide necessary materials and references for college and university cadres, teachers, and students to study the Constitution, enhance constitutional awareness, and cultivate constitutional thinking.
