Which method is better for treating premature ejaculation?

Patient's question:

When I'm with my girlfriend, it's always the case that when her hand is rubbing against me and hasn't even reached my little brother yet, a warm current comes up and I ejaculate. This has been happening for a long time now.
Is this a case of premature ejaculation from a physiological or psychological perspective? How can it be treated? Thank you!!!
First follow-up question: Please elaborate on what situations can cause premature ejaculation? Be detailed.

Doctor's answer:

Hello: It is uncertain whether the premature ejaculation is physiological or psychological. Western medicine treatment:
  A. Oral medication: To reduce excitement, low-dose anti-anxiety or sedative drugs can be administered. Choose one of the following:
Trimethobenzamide 0.1–0.3 grams, three times daily.
Phenobarbital 0.03 grams, three times daily.
Oryzanol 10 milligrams, three times daily.
Propantheline 30 milligrams + Librium 20 milligrams, once nightly.
Take 25 milligrams of thioridazine one hour before intercourse to inhibit ejaculation.
  B. Topical medication: Wash the glans penis and apply a small amount of anesthetic ointment 0.5–1 hour before intercourse, such as 1% diclofenac ointment, 1% procaine, or 2% cocaine. Note that only a small amount should be applied to the tip of the glans; excessive application may reduce the ejaculation reflex, even leading to anejaculation, and may also affect erectile function, causing weak erections.
