Features: In recent years, Korean studies and various research activities related to Korea have been established on a solid foundation. In fields such as comparative studies of Chinese and Korean literature, Chinese and Korean linguistics, traditional Chinese and Korean culture, and studies on China-Korea relations, distinctive characteristics have gradually formed. Over 100 academic papers have been published in domestic and international journals, and numerous monographs and translations have been published. Building on this foundation, to further promote in-depth multi-level and comprehensive research on Korea, reflect the new achievements and academic dynamics of Korean studies, the Korean College has decided to compile and publish this collection of essays, Chinese and Korean Humanities and Social Sciences Research.
The collection presented to you covers all aspects of Korean studies. The topics are diverse, including essays on Korean politics, diplomacy, economy, history, culture, China-Korea relations, as well as research on Korean literature and Korean linguistics, and special topics on Chinese language teaching in Korea. The authors include both renowned professors and scholars, as well as emerging young researchers. It can be said that this collection reflects, to some extent, the current state of teaching and research at the Korean College, showcasing their persistent spirit of exploration and theoretical innovation.
