Features: To meet the needs of a broad readership in learning and researching Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and the history of the Chinese Revolution, this Selected Works of Zhou Enlai has been compiled and published. The collection is divided into two volumes: the first volume includes works written before the founding of the People's Republic of China, while the second volume contains works from after its establishment. Comrade Zhou Enlai wrote numerous articles, documents, letters, telegrams, and delivered many important speeches. Due to the harsh wartime conditions in the past, many documents from that era were not preserved. Now, we have made every effort to collect Comrade Zhou Enlai's writings and speech records, and only a significant portion of them have been included in the collection, with many of them previously unpublished. Works included in the collection that were publicly released during Comrade Zhou Enlai's lifetime or for which manuscripts exist have been retained in their original form.
