Tang Monk ordered Pigsy to go out and find some vegetarian food, but Pigsy took a long time to return. Therefore, Sandy went to look for Pigsy again. Tang Monk mistakenly entered the cave of the Yellow Robe Monster and was captured by the little demons. Sandy and Pigsy came to look for their master and fought with the Yellow Robe Monster. A princess in the cave pleaded with the monster to release Tang Monk. The disciples continued their journey and arrived at the Kingdom of Treasure Image. After exchanging official documents, they handed over the princess's rescue letter to the king. The king asked Tang Monk and his disciples for help to rescue the princess. Pigsy and Sandy went back to fight the monster again. The monster captured Sandy. Later, the monster transformed into a young man and came to the Kingdom of Treasure Image, turning Tang Monk into a tiger. Tang Monk was locked in a cage. White Dragon Horse wanted to rescue Tang Monk and tried to assassinate the Yellow Robe Monster, but was injured in the process. Pigsy learned that Tang Monk had been turned into a tiger and didn't know what to do. White Dragon Horse told Pigsy to go to Flower-Fruit Mountain to find Wukong. Wukong arrived and transformed into the princess's appearance to wait for the monster, tricking him into giving up his treasures. Wukong chased the monster to Heaven and discovered that the monster was actually the Hound Star descending to cause trouble. The Jade Emperor ordered his men to capture the monster. Everyone returned to the Kingdom of Treasure Image with the princess. Wukong recited the True Scriptures, turning Tang Monk back to his original form. The four disciples worked together once again and continued their journey to the West to obtain the Buddhist scriptures.
