The theme of the "2005 Central Rise Strategy Forum" was "Exchanging Experiences and Discussing Policies." To ensure the successful conclusion of this forum, Hubei Province established the preparatory committee for the "2005 Central Rise Strategy Forum." The preparatory committee organized extensive research and surveys involving relevant departments of the central government, the six central provinces, and experts. They also broke down and implemented the forum's main reports and thematic reports. Additionally, the forum's preparatory committee invited high-level and influential leaders and experts from various sectors of China to submit a series of high-quality research outcomes. These outcomes are filled with insightful knowledge. After the forum concluded, we further organized, edited, and proofread the submitted materials, and in some cases, we communicated with the authors to refine and enhance the content for greater perfection and accuracy. To further advance the in-depth development of the research strategy for promoting the rise of Central China, we have compiled the outcomes of this forum into a book.
