Features: "Ten Records of Diplomacy" was finally published after a span of five months. From the 1980s to the early 21st century, international,, and four wars occurred. "Ten Records of Diplomacy" only records some personal experiences and observations from various perspectives. Reflecting on the pen, I felt that the rapid changes and sudden events in human society are sometimes like earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions in nature, as if even humans themselves find it difficult to predict and control. From the 1980s to the early 21st century, the foreign policy of China over these more than 20 years indeed underwent severe tests and walked an extraordinary path. As a participant, looking back, the past events are vividly remembered, and some scenes of personal experiences keep replaying in the mind like close-up shots in a movie. Now, I am writing down some events I personally experienced in a straightforward and unadorned manner, without aiming for comprehensiveness, only for truth and accuracy. It is neither history nor commentary, hence the title "Ten Records of Diplomacy."
