4. Conclusion. This section elevates the discussion, primarily presenting the authors' legislative recommendations and reflections on the issue, as well as thought-provoking questions for readers.
The authors of this series are primarily faculty members from universities engaged in teaching and research on financial law, supplemented by judges, lawyers, and legal professionals from financial institutions. The series strives to integrate theory with practice, making it suitable for researchers and practitioners in the field of financial law.
