Huang Yaohua, a young radiologist at the Department of Radiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, is diligent and dedicated to research. This book primarily features images, with over 400 X-ray images, rich in content, covering almost all types of musculoskeletal trauma except for the head and face. The images are clear and accompanied by detailed annotations. Each chapter briefly describes the types of trauma, diagnostic key points, and differential diagnosis. Since the images are all from the author's daily work experience, the book is highly practical and an invaluable reference. Musculoskeletal trauma is a common disease in the musculoskeletal system. In today's rapidly advancing modern imaging technology, conventional X-ray examination still plays a significant role in the diagnosis of musculoskeletal trauma. Currently, there are no specialized atlases on X-ray diagnosis of musculoskeletal trauma in China. To fill this gap, the author compiled this book based on materials accumulated over more than ten years, combined with his own clinical and teaching experience, and referencing domestic and international literature. The book consists of fourteen chapters, each organized by trauma type, diagnostic key points, and differential diagnosis, followed by corresponding images and textual explanations. The purpose is to help readers gain a deeper understanding of various types of musculoskeletal trauma through a large number of images, thereby improving their diagnostic skills. During the writing process, the author closely followed the progress of this discipline, starting from the actual needs of clinical practice, and selected representative cases to strive for a book with clear and concise text, typical images, and rich, intuitive, and practical content. It is believed that after reading this book, readers will find it helpful in improving their diagnostic skills for musculoskeletal trauma.
