Features: Small animals wearing flower clothes
Preparation
1. Each child gets one piece of paper with an outline of a small animal, along with several pots of red, yellow, blue, and green paint, and some newspaper.
2. All materials are evenly placed on the activity table, which is positioned around the room.
Process
1. Parents sit on the floor facing the teacher, forming a semicircle with their babies sitting in front of them.
2. The teacher shows the paper with an animal outline and introduces the activity.
Teacher: "Babies, what is this? Today, let's help the small animals wear beautiful clothes! How can we make the clothes look pretty?"
3. The teacher demonstrates the steps of printing.
Step 1: Crumple the newspaper into a ball.
Step 2: Gently dip the crumpled paper into the paint pots (be careful not to dip too much). While dipping, name the colors, such as "red color," "yellow color," etc.
Step 3: Use the paint-dipped paper ball to print on the paper with an animal outline. Use a different paper ball for each color. If you want to use a different color, you need to switch to a new paper ball.
4. Parents guide their babies to the activity table to engage in the printing activity, while the teacher observes each child's printing progress.
Tips for Parents: Encourage babies to (crumple the paper), (dip the paint), and (print) by themselves. Remind them to crumple a new newspaper ball when switching colors and to place used paper balls in a designated area.
5. Display the artwork and guide the babies to appreciate each other's work.
