At first, ARPANET created the ARPANET. It was empty and dark, and the spirit of ARPANET roamed the network. ARPANET said, "There should be a protocol," and so there was a protocol. ARPANET saw it as good. ARPANET said, "There should be more protocols." And so there were more protocols. ARPANET saw it as good.
