Features: Currently, China's plastic processing industry is in a period of rapid development, and the application fields of plastic products are becoming increasingly widespread. "The key to plastic product production lies in high-quality molds" is a consensus among generations of "plastic people" and plastic processing entrepreneurs. To meet the needs of the times, based on accumulated practical experience, we have compiled this atlas, which includes more than 130 sets of molding molds for plastic components formed by processes such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, vacuum forming, compression molding, rotational molding, rotational molding, and foam molding. These plastic components are used in engineering machinery, agricultural machinery, medical devices, transportation, electronic communications, home appliance accessories, and daily necessities. Each set of drawings provides a concise and clear explanation of its structural characteristics and working principles, and also includes product drawings as needed. Although the selected content is not entirely mechanized and automated to the highest degree, it has been refined through long-term production experience to meet the needs of different characteristics and batch sizes, with a focus on "typical structures." We hope that these detailed materials can serve as a reference for engineering technicians, mold fitters, and plastic processing technicians working in the frontline of mold design, manufacturing, and product processing. It is also an excellent supplementary textbook for specialized students about to engage in plastic processing, mold design, and manufacturing, as well as for mold technicians undergoing on-the-job or cross-training, and for interdisciplinary and cross-industry engineers seeking knowledge updates.
