Chapters 3 to 6 respectively introduce the power components, actuation components, control and adjustment components, and auxiliary components used in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems. Chapters 7 and 8 discuss hydraulic and pneumatic transmission circuits and typical hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems, respectively. Chapters 9 and 10 cover design calculations and servo systems, respectively. Chapter 11 focuses on pneumatic logic system design. The guiding philosophy of this course is to broaden students' knowledge while reducing the number of classroom teaching hours. The teaching content of the three courses—Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulic Transmission, and Pneumatic Transmission—is integrated based on teaching needs. While introducing the fundamental principles of fluid mechanics, the book ensures a comprehensive understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission knowledge, emphasizing theoretical knowledge, basic training, and strengthening students' abilities to analyze and solve problems. This book is one of the main reference materials for the New Century Network Course of the Ministry of Education.
