The authors of this book are all associate professors at the Law School of Renmin University of China. They have long been engaged in teaching and research in criminal procedure law and possess certain judicial practical experience. Comrade Wang Xinqing has worked as a lawyer for over ten years, handling dozens of criminal cases. Comrade Zhen Zhen served as a judge in a higher court for several years and presided over a large number of criminal cases. During the writing of this book, we have strived to adapt to the characteristics of students in higher vocational and college legal programs, achieving a balance between theory and practice.
