Electrical engineering technology

Author: Hu Weixuan, Zhou Xinxia (editors)
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2004-02-03
Features: This book is written in accordance with the "Basic Teaching Requirements for the Courses of 'Electrical Technology (Electrical Engineering I)' and 'Electronic Technology (Electrical Engineering II)' in Higher Education" newly revised by the Electrical Engineering Curriculum Guidance Committee in 1993. The entire set is published in two volumes: "Electrical Technology" and "Electronic Technology." The main content of this book includes: basic concepts and fundamental laws of circuits, circuit analysis methods, transient analysis of circuits, single-phase sinusoidal AC circuits, three-phase circuits, analysis of non-sinusoidal periodic voltage and current, magnetic circuits and transformers, three-phase asynchronous motors, DC motors, other types of motors, relay-contactor control, microcomputer and programmable controller control systems, electrical and non-electrical testing techniques, and safe electrical use. When describing the content, efforts are made to introduce the application of microcomputer technology in electrical engineering. Each chapter includes examples, exercises, and teaching requirements. This book can be used as a textbook for undergraduate mechanical and near-mechanical disciplines in higher industrial schools for the course "Electrical Technology (Electrical Engineering I)," and it can also serve as a reference for engineering technicians engaged in electrical technology.
