Features: The book is divided into two parts. Part 1 explains various theories of NLP, with each chapter introducing one or more topics. Some section titles and many chapter titles use NLP terminology, which will be introduced in order. If you need a comprehensive understanding of NLP, please read Part 1. This section provides very practical principles and theories. It also offers helpful case studies to support your learning in Part 2, which covers professional application knowledge. Part 2 introduces the applications of popular NLP theories, including training, sales, negotiation, interviews and evaluations, coaching, presentations, and public speaking. The applications selected in Part 2 do not exhaust the general uses of NLP. However, I believe they have been chosen to meet the needs of most readers in most fields. Once you grasp the basic principles and techniques, you will quickly apply them to all aspects of life, thinking about how to use them for your benefit. For example, what you learn in the "Negotiation" and "Interviews and Evaluations" sections can also be applied to other aspects of interpersonal communication—with a little common-sense adjustment. You may find that some chapters are somewhat overlapping to a certain extent.
