Features: This book introduces many techniques related to business diplomacy. It is a crystallization of the sincere collaboration between me and many of my colleagues dedicated to the professional training of business diplomats. Part of the content comes from the materials I adopted when establishing the master's program at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California, after returning to the campus following my tenure as a senior official at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. These materials have been fully developed through the International Business Diplomacy Program, which has developed tools for professional training in business diplomacy and helped establish training programs in other regions and countries around the world.
