Features: The exercise types in this book are basically the same as those in the English Professional Level 4 Examination, with some additional sentence translation added. The purpose is to help students master some commonly used vocabulary and phrases. However, in the later mock tests, we have not included translation questions. Students can work on parts of the exercises at intervals according to their own situation, record their progress, or focus on certain sections to improve their weak areas. Additionally, since the content for levels 1 and 2 is relatively limited and the difficulty is lower, the time limits for the two mock tests are shorter than those of the Level 4 exam, and the order of the questions is slightly different. To facilitate practice, the writing section has been moved to the end, and the grammar and vocabulary sections are not combined as they are in the Level 4 exam.
This exercise book aims to provide third-year English majors in universities across the country and students with equivalent proficiency an opportunity to assess their English skills. Through practice, students will not only understand their learning progress and gaps but also become familiar with the question types of the English Professional Level 8 Examination, thereby improving their practical English skills and test-taking abilities.
