Features: Before being able to establish the study of constitutional law through logic, one can only use logical methods to "critically reflect and contemplate" the essence of the constitution. Although it may not fully align with my original intentions, out of necessity, I dare not be even slightly negligent in the opinions I express. In my humble opinion, to revitalize the study of constitutional law in our country, it is essential to develop a set of new tools for analyzing the constitution. Blindly following Western studies can only lead to imitating them step by step, ultimately falling into the logical traps dug by Westerners. Only by forging a new path can one act independently and achieve creation and discovery. Even if an logical system cannot be offered, at least some thought-provoking questions can be left for later generations to ponder. This book is dedicated to uncovering the long-dormant issues hidden behind constitutional phenomena. If readers, after finishing this book, can reflect on the questions raised and the perspective from which they were raised, it would not be in vain for my 10 years of painstaking effort. This book is part of the Modern University Constitutional Law Series, comprising a total of 25 chapters, systematically and comprehensively elaborating on issues such as the methodology of constitutional logic, the logical evolution from rights to human rights, and the non-constitutionalization tendency in the construction of the legal system. The book is comprehensive in content, well-structured, and clearly organized, with high scientific and theoretical value, making it a valuable reference for legal scholars.
