Features: The agency system is an important legal institution for regulating the agency relationship among the principal, the agent, and the third party. Since the 20th century, due to the highly developed commodity economy and the advancement of science and technology in modern society, this system has undergone significant development and has emerged with some new situations and characteristics. On one hand, the agency relationship has broken through geographical boundaries and has permeated every corner of the world economy and trade, with the agency system playing an increasingly important role in international civil and commercial transactions.
