Features: This reference book was compiled as supplementary material for the "International Law" textbook, one of the 21st Century Legal Series textbooks organized and edited by the Law School of Renmin University of China. Compared to the textbook format, the corresponding Part "Summary of Arguments" in this reference book has a slightly adjusted structure, specifically by treating "Basic Principles of International Law" as a separate chapter. Therefore, this reference book Part includes thirteen chapters. This section forms the backbone and focus of the entire book. We have strived to present a comprehensive and complete expression of scholars' understanding and views on relevant international law issues in this section, particularly the views of scholars in China after the founding of the People's Republic of China, hoping to provide learners with the necessary theoretical and practical support for independent judgment, analysis, and the development of their own insights. As for the reference material, our basic starting point for selection is to meet the fundamental needs of international law learning and highlight the essence of international law. Therefore, the materials selected are almost all formal international conventions and domestic legislation that other branches of domestic law do not address. At the end of this reference book, some necessary appendices are included as supplementary material for further understanding related international law issues. The summary of arguments provided in this reference book, with a clear structure, multiple perspectives, and reflecting the latest research findings, as well as the reference material, not only helps international law beginners understand and comprehend related international law issues but also prepares a necessary and convenient path for those who are committed to further learning and research.
