Enhanced obvious strengthening is inflammation?

Patient's question:

I went to the hospital for a CT scan and found a lump in my abdomen. The doctor said it was an enhanced lesion, which might already be a benign cancer. Is it definitely cancer if the enhanced lesion shows significant enhancement?

Doctor's answer:

According to your description, in general, if it is an enhanced CT scan and the lesion shows no obvious enhancement in the arterial phase, then this situation is considered possibly benign. Tumors or certain chronic inflammatory lesions are more common. If it is mild enhancement, your lesion is not saying it doesn't enhance at all, in this case, it is recommended to further examine. Entering less is not obvious enhancement.
